Facebook draws a line between your real name and everything else. The name field is checked against a name policy and rejects most styled characters, so a decorated name usually fails review or reverts to plain letters. Posts and comments accept the styled characters and show them to everyone whose device has a font for them, which is most phones for the cursive and bold sets and fewer for the enclosed and combining-mark sets. Use the styles below in a post or a comment, and keep the name field plain.
