Our commitment

cursivegenerator.com aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Every tool can be operated with a keyboard; every interactive control is at least 44 by 44 pixels; text and controls meet contrast requirements; images of letters carry text alternatives; animations respect the reduced-motion preference and fall back to numbered static strokes; and colour is never the only way information is conveyed in the compatibility matrix or the state map.

The limitation you should know about

The copy-paste cursive styles are built from Unicode symbol characters, mostly from the Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols block. Screen readers announce them as symbols, for example "mathematical bold script capital O", or skip them altogether; search and sorting treat them as different characters from ordinary letters. They are decorative, and we do not recommend them for names, headings or any text that people need to read with assistive technology. Every style card carries a hidden note to that effect, and the accessible alternative is the font image with its alt text, or plain text.

Known issues

PDF worksheets are generated for print and are not tagged for screen readers. The stroke-order animations are visual; the formation steps beside them describe each stroke in words.
