How to write capital C

  1. Start near the top line with a small loop, then curve up and over to the left.
  2. Sweep the curve down to the baseline and round to the right.

  1. Start just below the midline with a tiny hook.
  2. Curve up and over to the left, then down to the baseline.
  3. Round the bottom and exit up to the right.

Common mistakes

  • A common slip is starting c at the baseline instead of just below the midline, which leaves it looking like an unfinished o.
