How to write Always in cursive

Start with the capital A: an oval like a large lowercase a, closed at the top, with a downstroke on its right side that ends in a short tail. Its tail runs straight into the l, so the pen stays down. The l is a tall loop that returns to the baseline; it runs from the baseline straight into the w. The w is two rounded troughs that end in a short exit at the midline; it hands over to the a with a short bridge at the midline, so the a starts high instead of from the line. The a is an oval closed at the top, then a downstroke on its right side that exits at the baseline; it runs from the baseline straight into the y. The y is an upstroke to the midline, a trough, then a downstroke that loops below the baseline; it closes its lower loop at the baseline and rises straight into the s. The s is a short upstroke to the midline, then a curve back down to the left that closes on the baseline, and its exit stroke finishes the word.

Nothing is added after the word: there is no i, j, t or x to dot or cross. A common slip in Always is leaving s open at the baseline, which turns it into a small r.
